Welcome to Bloomington Notary LLC. By using our website, booking services, or communicating with us via phone, text, or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Bloomington Notary LLC offers mobile notary services throughout Monroe County and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

Apostille facilitation

Real estate closings

I-9 and Exostar identity verification

Loan modifications and partial claims
-
True copy certifications (where permitted by Indiana law)
All services are provided in compliance with Indiana notary laws and regulations. We reserve the right to decline services if presented with incomplete or unauthorized documents.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via text message.
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

All parties are present with valid, government-issued ID

All documents are ready for signing (but not signed in advance)

The requested service is allowed under Indiana law
We offer mobile service by appointment only and may apply mobile fees based on location, time, and service type.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the number of notarial acts, document type, location, and scheduling preferences (such as evening or weekend service). All fees will be disclosed prior to service.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm appointments.

If an appointment is canceled, the deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled visit.

Final payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Document Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to:

Provide accurate and complete documents

Ensure all required signatures are present

Understand the purpose and content of the document prior to signing
Bloomington Notary LLC and none of it’s notaries are an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana. We am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.
5. Text and Email Communication
By scheduling a service or submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Bloomington Notary LLC regarding:

We provide mobile notary services in Bloomington and surrounding areas of South Central Indiana. Travel outside our standard service area may be subject to additional mobile fees or availability limitations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bloomington Notary LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation

Rejected documents due to signer error or misunderstanding of form requirements

Legal consequences resulting from the content of notarized documents

Missed deadlines, processing delays, or shipping interruptions associated with apostille facilitation, courier services, or third-party translation providers

Delays caused by the processing times of individual state Secretary of State offices, the U.S. Department of State, or any foreign consulate or embassy

Delays or errors resulting from postal or delivery services (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)

Turnaround time expectations not guaranteed in writing at the time of booking
Apostille and translation-related services are subject to the procedures, availability, and processing times of third-party agencies and government offices. While we make every effort to coordinate and track your request, final processing times are outside of our control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
