Hi, I’m Callie, the owner of Bloomington Notary LLC and a mobile notary serving South Central Indiana.

I became a notary nearly a decade ago while working with government contracts and have since built a full-service mobile notary business that supports individuals, students, and businesses across Monroe, Lawrence, Owen, Greene, and surrounding counties.

I’m commissioned in Indiana, hold a valid Title Producer License, and carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance. I’m also NNA Certified and background screened, a Certified Notary Signing Agent, and have completed extensive continuing education training programs. Additionally, I provide professional apostille facilitation services and have been trained to handle both state and federal document authentication.

Born and raised in Lawrence County, I relocated to Monroe County about ten years ago, where I now live with my mister, two Edgewood graduates, a geriatric pup, and two Great Danes.

As a parent to an Indiana University student, I  enjoy the opportunity to interact with other students from across the globe. I take pride in offering support during important moments in their academic and personal journeys, and I’m grateful to contribute to the IU experience in a meaningful way.

I feel fortunate to serve the same communities I’ve grown up around and called home for years. Whether it’s a quick notarization or a more complex process, I take pride in showing up with consistency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to the people of South Central Indiana.
