• Accepted Forms of ID:
  Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID ready for your appointment. Acceptable forms include:

  • Driver’s license

  • State ID card

  • Passport

  • U.S. Military ID
    **Note: Be sure to have the physical ID available for verification.**

• Prepare for Your Appointment:
  For a smooth visit, please have:

  • All documents that need to be notarized, completed and ready to sign (but don’t sign in advance)

  • Any witnesses required for your documents, if needed

  • A clear table or workspace for the signing

• Payment Reminder:
  Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made by cash or card.
