We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. These appointments are typically fast and straightforward — here’s what to expect:

• We’re Reviewing Your Submission:
  We’re confirming the appointment details you provided. You’ll receive a confirmation shortly.

• What to Have Ready:
  Please have the full loan modification or partial claim document package printed and ready to go.
  If the lender instructed you to print multiple copies, be sure to have all required sets on hand.

• Before Your Appointment:

  • Do not sign any pages in advance — we’ll complete the notarizations together during your appointment

  • Have your valid, unexpired photo ID ready (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)

  • If a co-borrower is listed, they’ll also need to be present with their ID

  • Make sure to check your documents ahead of time for any special instructions from your lender

• Payment Reminder:
  Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash or card. You’ll receive an invoice by email for your records.
