• Processing Timeline

Your apostilled document is estimated to be complete and returned within 3 weeks. We’ve partnered with our direct courier in the Washington, DC area to ensure the fastest available processing through the U.S. Department of State.

• Tracking and Delivery

We will monitor the status of your apostille throughout the entire process. Once completed, all apostilled documents will be returned directly to the International Studies staff, who will ensure they are delivered back to you.

If we need any clarifying information, we will reach out using the contact details you provided. There is no need for further action unless we contact you.

Still Need Your Passport or Other Documents Notarized?

Submitting your FBI Background Check for apostille does not replace your in-person notarization appointment.

If you still need a notarized copy of your passport or have other documents that need to be notarized, please schedule an appointment for the Kelley notary event.

If you already have an appointment scheduled, there is no need to schedule another one.
