1) Be sure the document is filled out.
2) Be sure to have all pages of the document, not just the signature page.
3) All parties must have valid ID ready.
4) Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.
5) Make sure witnesses are present (if applicable).

Your ID can be a maximum of 3 years expired in the State of Indiana in order to have your documents notarized. You are encouraged to obtain an updated and acceptable ID as soon as possible. Indiana Notaries are permitted to use discretion if they do not feel comfortable notarizing your documents with an expired ID.
Absolutely! You may use a Credible Identifying Witness during our signing. A credible identifying witness is someone who will affirm under oath to your identity as long as they have a valid photo ID.
Per the Indiana State Code, I charge $10 per person's signature notarized on each document and the current GSA POV rate for travel for general notary work. I offer a quote calculator for your convenience.

Mobile Notaries provide a service of “convenience” to our clients. We travel to a location that is comfortable for you. We also notarize documents that UPS, FedEx, and banks cannot or will not notarize, such as real estate documents and translated documents. Additionally, we provide services outside of normal business hours.
